PATHFINDER
Clear the path early.
For young people ages 14 to 25, including those who've been touched by the justice system. Pathfinder helps youth stay on track, plan what comes next, and connect with mentors who've been where they are. The earlier the path is clear, the fewer detours it takes.

SOVEREIGNTY
Sovereignty is our community violence intervention program. Credible messengers, people with lived experience and standing in the neighborhood, step in before conflict turns into violence. They mediate disputes, walk alongside the people at highest risk, and connect them to work, healing, and support. Participants build the practical skills for running their own lives: money, credit, housing, conflict, and the systems you have to navigate to get any of it. You leave knowing how to manage what comes at you, not just how to survive it.

What happened to you doesn't just go away. Healing Horizons offers trauma-informed group sessions in Willowbrook, in a space built by people who understand. Healing isn't separate from work or safety. It's what holds them up.
