BUILDING THE PATH FORWARD
On My Grind Reentry Services is led from inside the neighborhoods we serve. In Willowbrook, Compton, Long Beach, and across South Los Angeles County, we work alongside people coming home from incarceration, young people ages 14 to 25, families affected by violence, and residents who just need a real opportunity. Our programs include workforce development, credible messenger violence intervention, trauma-informed healing, mentorship, and education navigation. We build the paths to work, safety, and stability that the systems around us have long withheld.

Every new start is a chance to turn things around. From January 2025 through July 2026, we served 496 people, and we're still counting. Each story is proof that with the right support, anyone can find their path to a more stable future.
ADDRESSING URGENT NEEDS
LA County's 15 trauma centers treat violence after it happens. We work to stop it before it starts.
4 in 10 people leaving California prisons are convicted again within three years. ~10,000 come home to LA County every year, more than any other county.
Los Angeles County recorded more than 53,000 violent crimes in 2025, about 5 for every 1,000 residents. The burden doesn't fall evenly. It concentrates in the neighborhoods we serve.
That's why we build healing, reentry support, and violence intervention from inside these neighborhoods.
